Your stay in l’Escale des Aulnes will drive you to the East of Paris, in the heart of Verneuil, a wine-growing village. Drive until Epernay, the capital of Champagne, towards Dormans, on a road which overlooks the banks of the river Marne.

The town of Dormans, located less than 5 km away, boasts numerous shops, 2 supermarkets and a weekly local market in the city center. The village is also known for its castle and its park accessible to the public and its memorial, place of commemoration of the battles of the Marne of 1914 and 1918.

The Greenway that connects Dormans to Condé sur Marne by the Marne Canal for 45 km passes through the town of Verneuil. A very advantageous situation for the amateurs of bicycles and walks with family or friends.
